How to delete your data from CrossPost Pro

In-App Deletion

1. Log in to your CrossPost Pro dashboard
2. Click "Delete My Data" in account settings
3. All your data is deleted immediately:
   • Connected platform tokens
   • Upload history and metadata
   • Your user account

Email Request

You can also request deletion by emailing [email protected] from the email address associated with your account. We will verify your identity and complete deletion within 7 calendar days.

What Gets Deleted

• Your account (email, name, profile data)
• All connected platform OAuth tokens
• All upload history and metadata
• All campaign and scheduling data
• Session data

What We Cannot Delete

Videos already published to third-party platforms (YouTube, TikTok, etc.) are managed by those platforms. You must delete them directly on each platform.

Google Account Revocation

To revoke CrossPost Pro's access to your Google account, visit Google Account Permissions and remove CrossPost Pro.
