How to delete your CrossPost Pro data
You can revoke access to a connected provider at any time. You can also request deletion of the account information and connected-account data stored by CrossPost Pro.
Removing CrossPost Pro from a provider's connected-app settings stops future access from that authorization. It may not delete information already stored by CrossPost Pro, so submit a deletion request as well when you want both actions completed.
1. Request deletion from CrossPost Pro
- Email [email protected] from the email address associated with your CrossPost Pro account.
- Use the subject
CrossPost Pro Data Deletion Request. - Include the account email and the connected platform names you want removed. Do not include passwords, access tokens, private keys, or media files.
- CrossPost Pro will use the account email to verify the request and confirm the deletion status and scope.

2. Revoke access to Google or YouTube
- Sign in to the Google Account that you connected to CrossPost Pro.
- Open Google's linked-app controls and select CrossPost Pro.
- Review the connection, then remove access or delete the connection and confirm.
Google explains that removing access prevents the linked app from accessing Google Account data in the future. Google also notes that you may still need to contact the app developer to delete data the app already received.

Open that provider's account security or connected-app settings, select CrossPost Pro, and remove its authorization. Provider wording and controls can vary by account type and region.
After revoking provider access, submit the CrossPost Pro deletion request above when you also want stored CrossPost Pro account data removed.
What a deletion request can cover
Depending on the CrossPost Pro features you used, the request may cover:
- CrossPost Pro account and profile information;
- stored OAuth tokens and connected-channel references;
- CrossPost Pro drafts, queue records, and usage logs associated with the account;
- other product data that can be matched to the verified account.
Published content on third-party platforms
Deleting CrossPost Pro data does not automatically delete a video or post that a destination platform already accepted. Manage published content directly in the relevant YouTube or other provider account.
Limited records
CrossPost Pro may retain limited records when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or documenting that a deletion request was completed. The deletion confirmation should identify any such limited retention.
